Saturday, after Tyler's basketball game, we asked the boys if they would like to go to the lake after naps. Of course it was a unanimous yes! Tyler was the first to awake and come cuddle up to me on the couch. I asked him what we should do the rest of the day and he said "go to the river". I asked him if he meant the lake and he was like, oh yeah. So after daddy and Benny woke up, off to the river we went.
We brought hot dogs and ingredients for smores to cook over our coleman stove. We received the coleman camping stove for a wedding gift just about seven years ago and this would be the first time ever that it was going to be used. Can you tell, we are not campers.
The boys had an incredible amount of fun. We all did actually. And as soon as we arrived home, Tyler said he wanted to go to the river again. No doubt, we most definitely will.

Looks like you guys had a blast...We really dont' have any close by lakes that we could do this at, it would take about 1 - 1.5 hours to get there. We might have to make it a day event. Great pictures bt the way!
